The room at Hôtel la Chaumière was cozy and comfortable, making us feel right at home! The free WiFi was a big plus, allowing us to stay connected. The private bathroom had a lovely shower, and the free toiletries and hairdryer were a nice touch. We even had a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV for our convenience. the room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

The only thing we didn't love was that the room didn't have a bathtub, but that's just our personal preference. Others might not mind at all.

I chose the Hotel Chaumiere specifically because of its convenient location near the attractions I wanted to visit in Tournon-sur-Rhone. The traditional inn atmosphere, warm welcome, and excellent Ardèche cuisine exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated the complimentary wireless internet and the availability of a continental breakfast each morning.

We arrived late at Chaumiere - and had to wait outside for about half an hour before someone came to open the door. Despite this, the location of the hotel is perfect and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a traditional old-fashioned charm that adds a retro feel to the experience. Even though it was a hot day, the hotel remained cool without the need for air conditioning. We were pleasantly surprised by our stay, especially since it was the only available hotel in town for three people.
